The Meadow Cottage has a central floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the connected kitchen, dining and living room areas. Decorated in a country cottage theme, this home is bright, airy, open and inviting. The living room has a comfortable sofa, loveseat and two recliners. Three large windows offer a peaceful view of the meadows and cove.

A stunning 30 lb stripper hangs over the fireplace tempting everyone to head out for some fishing. The satellite TV with DVD/VCR provides over 60 channels. A selection of movies, books, games, cards and poker chips are stored in the entertainment center for your enjoyment.

Beautiful Covered Deck
The front door opens onto a spacious, covered deck outfitted with fan lighting and comfortable patio furniture. Enjoy a morning sunrise over the lake from this beautiful deck while the deer graze below in the meadow. A sliding glass door opens onto the back deck which steps down to a fenced back yard with a children’s swing set and a private 4 x 15 foot ‘doughboy’ style pool for our summer guests. |

Huge Kitchen with Center Island
The Meadow Cottage has a huge kitchen with a center island and an attached dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, full size side by side refrigerator with in-door ice maker, electric range with oven, 2 coffeemakers, microwave, toaster, blender and electric mixer. A wide assortment of cookware, bake ware, serving bowls and utensils along with matching Corelle dinnerware make serving up to 14 people a pleasure. The dining room table will seat 8-12 people with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. |

Great Sleeping Arrangements
This 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home has an extra large master suite with 1 king bed, 1 full futon, your own satellite TV and a lake cove view. The second bedroom is a mini master with 1 queen bed, 1 full futon, a private 1/2 bath and a cove view. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Most bedrooms have ceiling fans. The huge master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, stall shower & double sink vanity. The hall bath has a full tub shower. Both bathrooms have their own water heaters.
Everything You Need Plus More, More, More
All bedding and linens are provided along with extra pillows and blankets. The bathrooms have plenty of towels and are supplied with anti-bacterial hand soap and air freshener spray. Personal hygiene items and swimming towels are not provided. The Meadow Cottage has a laundry room complete with washer, dryer and detergents. Local phone service and free wireless internet are provided for your convenience. This home is non-smoking inside and strictly pet free. |

Private Resort Setting with Game Room
The Meadow Cottage has central heat and A/C, extra large BBQ grill, a campfire ring in the front yard and ample parking. The Meadow Cottage is privately located about 75 yards away from the Heights Lodge. Large groups renting both homes can walk back and forth to visit on the footpath. Enjoy your own private game room with pool table and single shot indoor basketball game. Or shoot some real hoops out front on the driveway. |

The Lake Cove
The Cove property slopes gently down to Norfork Lake. Walk or drive along side the meadows below the houses on the 1/4 mile long grassy lane leading to the lake. Here you will find a lovely cove that is rarely visited by anyone except our guests. Fish along the shore, swim, explore or even beach your pontoon. This cove is in the Bennett’s Point Wildlife Management Area and provides habitat to many Norfork Lake creatures such as bald eagles, deer, turkey and hawks. |
